  Look elsewhere. This office is impossible to reach. You must leave endless messages, voice-mails, and even have to resort to faxing them messages to get them to return calls for simple things such as getting results for test, getting a refill on a prescription or even to make an appointment. My family has had issues with ALL these on different occasions. When you finally get in-touch with them they will of course charge you for your refill, even one they just prescribed a week before. When I mentioned to Dr. Stowers' nurse how I had spent days trying to reach them and how frustrating it is to not have phone calls returned or answered her response to me was, "You are welcome to find another doctor"..... I couldn't believe that a professional in a position who is supposed to have a friendly & personal relationship such as a family doctor's office would have that type of response or policy. I guess when you try to run as many patients through as you can that has to be your policy.

  If I could give you 0 stars I would invest in a voicemail system busy tone for 25 min then the Verizon customer is not available i keep trying with no luck I do not know how you stay in business with out being able to talk to your clients who have been with you for 6-7 yrs wow is all i can say also visite is not an english word. you are telling people to visite? what the heck spell check and voicemail it will save what patients you have left

  The customer service rep said that they could not call in a small emergency supply of my medication that I have been stable on for a long time. I had to make an appointment. That would mean I would have to go without my med until the next available appointment. Very disappointed with Houston Methodist in Montgomery. I made an appointment for the next day with another physician in the area. If you're unhappy with your medical care always feel free to change, if you are able to do so.
