  I have honestly never been to a vet's office where the staff, including doctors, are as friendly, genuine, honest, dedicated, caring, knowledgeable, and professional as this group! I am glad I made the switch to these caring vets!

  We went for or first visit to have our cat checked-out. The vet and techs were great. We purchase a powder supplyment, which we though was something we did not have. But once we were home we found we did. So ask if we could return it and were told if it wasn't' open OK. But when we return it, it was not sealed. Unsealed if how we got it , so they sold it to us unsealed. And of course lake country would not return, and the office manager took no responeablity for selling us an open possible tampered with produce. The vet and tech are great. The office manger should be dealt with careful, she is not turstworthy in our opinion. Update, lake country vet, they rethought thier dession and refused our money. We have since been back, several times and they are great. We and ate cat are happy. Everyone from the office staff, vet tech and vet are caring and professional.

  I've been to a lot of vets.. including one right down the road from this one. Lake Country is the best place I've ever been to. They don't charge you an arm and a leg every time you walk through the door like MOST other places. They don't recommend unnecessary treatment just to make more money off of you. They really care about the health and well being of your animals. Friendly, easy to make appointments, and fairly priced. I'll never go anywhere else.
